1. Eat at least 3 times daily

Having the Idea of skipping meals every time till it becomes normal has a way of affecting the body system.  According to research it is advisable to eat least three (3) square meals. This is because the food eaten per different season of the day affects the body either positively or negatively.

Skipping a day section meal e.g. night affect or distort the process required for the body at that point in time. Therefore for proper functioning of the body, do not skip a meal.

 

2. Never forget to drink water after eating.

For some people is almost an habit or it is an habit for them to not take water after eating, this is so risky as food eaten can be regurgitated back or sometime it comes out of the nose. This is so dangerous to the body and even the individual.

You are expected to drink water 30 - 1min after eating so as to aid digestion and also wash all food particles down the digestive tract for processing.

 

3. Do not pick fallen pieces of food 

Picking food that has fallen on the floor while eaten is bad, due to the fact that the floor contain unseen bacteria and germs that can be dangerous to the health.

So it is never advisable to pick food particle that has fallen to the floor.

 

4. Do not rush why eating; eat at your own pace.

A lot of individuals fall victim of this aspect, rushing of gulping down food fast is so dangerous. This is because while you gulp in that food, you swallow more air which can cause excessive bloating and gas. For those that want to lose weight it also affect so it makes the stomach swell even when there is no food in it and it cause obesity.

Therefore eating food slowly and chewing every single food particle aids digestion in the stomach.

 

5. Do not lie down while eating 

 Individual who tends to do this are children, this is why parent need to watch them closely even while eating. The danger of doing this is that it automatically because the movement of the food toward the brain and so bring about irritation to it. It can also cause death of an individual.

 

6. Do not skip breakfast

It is mostly believes that skipping breakfast help in weight loss but the reverse is the case. Skipping breakfast tends to reduce daily average calories fat, it causes dizziness, headache etc.

Although research has it that skipping breakfast help reduce calories but weight loss patient, it is of uttermost importance to eat breakfast, not just any food but a light and balanced food so as to enable the working function the body.

 

7. Reduce your intake of salt

Too much intake of salt causes damage to different organs especially the liver, kidney and so on. There it is very much advisable to reduce your intake of salt.

 

8. Reduce your intake of highly processed food.

This causes the death of 80% of the world population, processed food has so made human lazy and lackadaisical about the type of food they eat. Processed food contains as much dangerous chemical as spoiled food.

Therefore taking too much of it can kill the body system gradually and limit the life span of an individual.

 

9.  Drink a lot of water during the day and less at night.

Water is very much needed for our daily movement; we lost a lot of water through the sweat and urine especially during the hot season. So therefore this can be replenished by taking in lot of water during the day.
